How does the process work?

Coaching for Her focuses on both physical and mental growth, depending on your needs. This program combines lifestyle coaching and personal training, where we work on strength, balance, and well-being. Whether you want to improve your energy levels, manage stress, build self-confidence, or increase physical strength, the coaching is fully tailored to what you need.

A coaching program consists of multiple sessions, structured in a logical order.

We begin with an informal introduction to see if we are a good fit. It's important to me that you feel safe and at ease, so we can create a positive and open working atmosphere together. A strong foundation of trust is key to a successful collaboration.

In this session, we assess your goals, motivation, and expectations. We examine both physical and mental aspects, such as energy, stress, lifestyle, and body awareness. You set the pace, and together we create a plan that fits your situation.
